Everyday Workplace Communication

Everyday Workplace Communication

ATI Everyday Workplace Communication is an important course for TANF participants. Communicating clearly and effectively is one of the fastest ways to stand out at work—and it’s a skill that can be learned and strengthened. In this course, participants build practical communication tools they can use immediately: sharing ideas clearly, giving constructive feedback, and handling disagreements in a way that protects trust and working relationships.

We also cover core interpersonal concepts such as self-disclosure, the communication climate we create with others, and the key competencies that support collaboration, conflict resolution, and relationship-building in the workplace. By the end, participants will communicate with more confidence, clarity, and professionalism skills that directly support job success and long-term retention.
