Our Financial Literacy course is very valuable for TANF
participants. The course helps our learners build real-world money skills, so
they feel more in control, no matter what the economy is doing or what life
throws their way. ATI participants will learn to set clear financial goals,
create a budget that fits their lifestyle, and build an emergency fund to protect their future.
Financial literacy
is also a pathway to stronger families. We explore how money knowledge connects
to economic well-being and poverty reduction, and how participants can apply
these skills to create meaningful change through education, capacity building,
skills transfer, and advocacy.
By the end,
participants won’t just know more, they’ll have practical tools they can use
immediately to protect themselves from fraud, make smarter financial choices,
plan for the long term, and build lasting resilience. Because when you build
skills, you build security.
