Our Professional Etiquette for the Workplace training
teaches that etiquette isn’t about being “formal” it’s about being
other-centered: the daily attitudes and behaviors that shape a person’s
reputation, strengthen relationships, and support a respectful, productive
workplace. Participants learn practical, real-world courtesies such as
punctuality, gratitude, tact, and professionalism at TANF, academic or work
events that prevent misunderstandings, reduce conflict, and build trust with case
workers, case advocates, classmates and coworkers.
Whether someone is entering the workforce or stepping into
leadership, participants will leave with clear strategies to communicate with
dignity and empathy, demonstrate accountability, and present themselves as
dependable professionals—qualities employers consistently value and reward.
